Traditional and modern building techniques have been employed to suit the individual project, including the use of pre-formed timber frame construction in which the company has specialised in over the last five years.
Timber frame is now widely accepted as a mainstream method of construction across the UK with approximately a third of all new houses built in the using a timber frame as the primary structural element.
Renovation & Conversion
Ventura have been involved in the design and construction of many diverse renovation and conversion projects including those requiring listed building consent.

Conversion and renovation works are carried out utilising the traditional skills of experienced time-served tradesmen to ensure sympathetic upgrading of properties.
Supervision and control of all works is effected by qualified technicians and consultants including submissions and liaising with the Local Authority and other relevant authorities.
Property Extensions
If you are considering extending your property our experienced contracting department will undertake private and commercial commissions to maximize the potential of your requirements and ambitions for your individual property.
A recent relaxation in planning law combined with the well publicized downturn in the property market has seen domestic property extensions become a viable option to moving house and Ventura has recently undertaken works including single and two storey extensions, loft conversions, garaging and conservatories.
Starting with a clean sheet of paper, we will provide a feasibility study and an ongoing customer consultation process in order to ensure the specific aspirations of the client are met throughout the duration of the project.
Ventura can carry out all design, planning and consultation works required including applications and liaison with the local authority and statutory undertakers.
Civil Engineering
Ventura has carried out civil engineering works to create the infrastructure and construction works associated with its own residential developments and also, under contract, independent client requirements.
Our experienced civil engineering personnel and associate consultants are insured and licensed to operate in public areas and highways providing expertise in a range of disciplines including foundations/groundworks, drainage, and roadworks.
